Who is Lexi Comms?
I’m Kylee Bristow, the owner of Lexi Communications. I’ve been a writer, editor, trainer and business owner for more than 20 years.
I’m passionate about improving the quality and effectiveness of content for government and industry, and giving readers the right information in the right way at the right time.
As a child, I dreamed of being an ‘authoress’ when I grew up. But, in reality, my career has been far more diverse and interesting, including:
- running a corporate and book publishing business
- hosting communications conferences around Australia
- running in-house and public workshops
- teaching communications and public speaking at university
- working on many government and corporate website projects.
Throughout my varied career, one thing has remained true for me – that communications is about human connection, not information distribution. This truth applies across every genre and every medium.
