People who write as part of their job.

Note: This training is not suitable for book writers, especially fiction writers.

• Web writing – how web readers are different, how the web is different and why those things will change how you write.
• Writing for different genres – how to take different approaches with different genres to give customers what they want.
• Editing in a time crunch – how to edit when you’re under the pump – what to prioritise and what to leave out.
